I like working with ideas and the proverbial Big Picture. Therefore I tend to gravitate towards positions and projects where my input can do the most “good” – in the sense of de-constructing -> analysing -> re-constructing problems in innovative ways that incorporate the latest knowledge and understanding of the field in question. I particularly like solving design issues and problems in ways that focus more on the meaning than the means. I take great pride in elegant solutions and am a firm believer in the design philosophies of less is more and from more to better.

I have been most fortunate to have had the opportunity to work within many different fields and to butt my head against having to learn the use of many different tools throughout the years. This has left me as a proverbial Jack of Many trades.
