What I think defines a job worth doing:

• That it makes the World a better place

• That it has meaning, other than just profit (also “fun” is nice)

Jon Thorsteinn rises to the occasion every time. When you need somebody to go the extra mile, Jon will go there every time, and deliver results that have always lived up to my highest expectation (and in many cases surpassed them). He has my trust and gets my best recommenda-tions.

    Frederik Frederiksen
Frederik Frederiksen Headmaster, TEC (Ballerup Technical College)

I have repeatedly availed myself of Jon’s skills. Within the last school year, where I as headmaster of Ballerup Technical College, was involved in a collaboration with the municipality of Ballerup, the trade school in Ballerup, etc. This cooperation focused mainly on developing innovation and entrepreneurship in young people in Ballerup with the involvement of the city’s schools. Jon’s ability to, on the one hand to make the abstract concrete and on the other hand to get people to look at what they thought were fixed sizes as new opportunities, helped to elevate the project significantly.

I have through my efforts to transform Ballerup Technical College to the college with the country’s highest average, several times involved Jon in the development of new concepts that have since come to form the basis for the school’s success with quality development. There is always a place for Jon around the table when working with the development of innovative processes.
